NOT ALL HEROES WEAR CAPES!...Needed to give a shout out to Eric of Ace Plumbing for his big heart, kindness, and humanity. Sometime last week, a former employee ran out of gas for their generator, which happened to be powering their Mom's oxygen machine. Upon hearing this, Eric brought the reserve gas cans we keep in the company vehicles for times like these, to them so she can continue to receive oxygen. Anyone that knows Eric, knows this is a "very Eric" thing to do! He then stood in line for 2 hours to replenish that gas so he can continue to service our community. This exemplifies the quality of individuals Ace Plumbing looks for in its employees. And once an employee, you become family! It seemed that some people tried to elicit fights with him for being in line and then filling up the gas cans as well. Please be patient and be kind...not just to linemen and first responders, but also to those who provide essential services to our community.
